Lagu ciptaan Wiles, Dua Lipa, serta penyanyi dan penulis lagu asal Kanada Jessica "Jessie" Reyez itu pertama dirilis sebagai singel pada 3 Mei 2018 di kanal Youtube Calvin Harris, dan hingga kini telah memperoleh lebih dari 945 juta kali pemutaran sejak diunggah enam tahun yang lalu.
Dua Lipa dan Calvin Harris membawakan genre musik disko era 90-an ("house music") dalam lagu "One Kiss" yang telah memenangi penghargaan Brit Award untuk "British Single" pada 2019.
Dua Lipa tidak asing berkolaborasi dengan Calvin Harris. Mereka juga memproduksi dan membawakan lagu berjudul "Potion" (2022) bersama-sama.
Lirik lagu "One Kiss" mengekspresikan keyakinan seseorang bahwa satu ciuman yang dia berikan pada seseorang mampu menyebabkan koneksi yang lebih dalam di antara mereka.
